Nassau Alternative Advocacy Program

We are a NYS OASAS-certified, nonprofit outpatient substance use disorder treatment center, committed to providing person-centered care in a welcoming, supportive environment where no one seeking recovery is turned away for lack of ability to pay. Our mission is to deliver professional, evidence-based treatment services in a safe space that promotes healing and overall wellness.

By prioritizing Shared Decision-Making, we empower our clients to actively engage in their treatment process, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance. This collaborative approach not only enhances retention and treatment outcomes but also supports the ongoing journey of recovery—helping individuals improve their health, live self-directed lives, and reach their full potential.
