Group Therapy

remote sessions

During the COVID-19 health crisis, groups are conducted remotely via a secure HIPPA compliant virtual platform.

common questions

Groups can do the following: positive peer support, combat isolation, enable witnessing the recovery of others, help members learn to cope with their substance abuse and other problems by allowing them to see how others deal with similar problems, provide useful information to clients who are new to recovery, provide feedback concerning the values and abilities of other group members, offer family‐like experiences, and most importantly, instill hope, a sense that “If he can make it, so can I.”

Group duration is never more than an hour.

We take all major insurance plans, including Medicaid. Sliding scale self-payment are available for clients without insurance coverage.

You and your counselor decide how often you attend groups.

We strictly comply with HIPPA laws. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our treatment process.

If you or someone close to you have questions about your drinking and/or drug use, you deserve answers to help you make an informed decision.
